How fixes work

Careful, reversible changes, proven with a before and after scan.

1. Fixed quote from your scan. We group your findings into what can be fixed automatically, what needs a developer's hand, and what needs you (for example, describing your own photos or captioning a video).
2. Safe access. You add us as a user on your website platform. We never ask you to email a password.
3. Changes on a copy first where your platform allows it, then published after a check.
4. Before and after scan. You see the same report, re-run, with the fixed items gone.
5. A person checks the basics. We tab through your main pages with a keyboard and listen with a screen reader, because automated tools can't judge everything.
6. A dated record. Every scan and fix is logged, with an accessibility statement page and a way for visitors to report a problem.

What we won't do

• Install an "overlay" widget and call it a fix.
• Tell you a site is "ADA compliant" or "certified". No scan can prove that.
• Change your content's meaning without asking. Alt text for your own photos is written with you.
