The scan is educational

Scan reports are automated and educational. They find only part of accessibility issues, may include false positives, and are not legal advice, a legal opinion or a certification of compliance with the ADA, WCAG or any law.

Scanning sites

Only scan websites you own or manage, or have permission to review. We may limit or refuse scans to prevent abuse.

Fix packages and monitoring

• Fix packages are quoted in writing before you pay and cover the listed items on your platform.
• Monitoring is billed monthly and can be cancelled any time; it ends at the close of the paid month.
• We make reasonable efforts to fix issues safely and reversibly. Some issues depend on your platform or content and may need your help.

Liability

Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the previous three months.
